In this ever-changing world we live in, it is important to begin finding more solutions and designs to help the environment.
In this post, I am including more designs for a new generation on environmental awareness. I have included links to some of these new methods of solving the problems we are facing; some new inventions here that are noteworthy.
The first link is to a new invention to water crops in dry areas. As we know, more heat waves and droughts are on the rise.

Spanish technology has also been using a different energy capturing device other than solar panels; it is the use of mirrors and sand:

These new inventions re-establish hope that people are working to improve our environment and preserve the Earth. The go sun solar stove is a small step towards practical inventions that we can use in our everyday lives that remain eco-friendly. This machine is simple yet complex; in that it doesn't need any outside source of energy other than the sunlight. It is also complex because it captures many sun rays in order to get enough energy to cook food properly. It is the little inventions like these that can lead to larger inventions and inspire people to follow a path to an eco-friendly career.
ReplyDeleteFurthermore, our governments need to fund research and projects for the well being of the Earth. It can't just be our governments though; us as people need to take action to make this world a better place for now and the future. The Earth is a wondrous place that needs to be preserved. There are beautiful mountain on the surface and impressive undergrounds like the mines in Burguillos that were also talked about in this blog. My point is that little things like the go sun solar stove is a step in the right direction to preserve the Earth.
I think it's pretty interesting that there are still people in this world who care about the environment. These are some really good inventions to help make the world a better place. I think it's sad to think that we human beings are the main cause of so many things happening in this world. I also think it's sad to think that no one cares about the polluted air that we breath in that could very well start killing us, but this article shows me that there are still people who care, not about the well being of themselves, but the well being of everyone on this Earth. So after reading this article it makes me realize that i should contribute more to the ideas and production of inventions that stop pollution and saves energy and i might get lucky and my idea becomes the best invention.

Hey Brianna! i happen to know a lot of people who still care about the environment.2 years ago i went to Fondren and we had an after school program. in the program there were certain apprenticeships that we could be part of. One of them was called reduce, reuse and recycle. i ended up in that apprenticeship and we learned a lot about the environment. one project we did was creating a scenario where we had to use recycled plastic to make shelter because we were stranded on a desert island. On a recent trip to the zoo, i found a program that dives for plastic in the ocean, washes it and cuts it to make plastic sculptures out of it. so there are in fact people who care about the environment and are more than willing to do whatever they can to make it last a little longer. and who knows? one of us could actually invent something that ends pollution for good.
Deleteok so i know what you are talking about at the zoo cause i was there too but i think the real reason they do that is because they care about the animals, but i guess you can include the animals as apart of the environment but i don't.
DeleteBig Inventions often start little. These little inventions can branch off into even bigger things that may be able to significantly change the world. Humans are destroying the Earth and most of them don't even know they are doing so . Inventions like these bring awareness for the need of the conservation of the earth. Many things can done to help the environment and these inventions highlight the little things we can do to make a difference. The go sun solar stove is a simple idea yet it will pave a road to even more complex things that will impact the earth in a positive way. I think that humans have taken the earth for granted and have destroyed the beautiful environment. I believe that we have to take small steps on a long road to erase all of the negative that we have imposed on our Earth and these inventions are a great start.
ReplyDeleteafter reading this article find it important that we all should try to help and find new way into helping the environment in every way we can.just like the Spanish technology that start as a little invention to help the community i think just starting little can make a big impact on the world if everyone pitches in .there have been many inventions that helped save the world like solar panels,gas efficient cars, decompose piles. and more see all those inventions helped make a big impact in some type of way. im not saying you have to come up with some big major invention but starting off with recycling using less gas ,saving energy volunteering around your neighborhood all those little thing can help change the world all you have to do is try.
ReplyDeleteThe solar powered kitchen is a really great invention for helping energy saving in the environments geography. Even small inventions can help change the world around us. Having more inventions like this can improve the world to make this an even better place to live on. Also the use of all the other different types of energy will help as well like solar energy, water energy, wind energy, plus the use of mechanical energy can do a huge thing in life. There are people that actually use trash and convert into energy. I think it is called biomass because they can use like their trash to power their items around them for a better living.

After reading this article I feel that we are making a good effort on finding different ways to do tasks. They may be small inventions that many people may not people no about but one day they might be as common as Internet in some houses. The solar powered kitchen could end up replacing things live microwaves and toasters in the near future. Since after all regular microwaves and toasters are not as good to the environment as solar powered microwaves and toasters. These inventions although may not be as good as regular microwaves, are actually BETTER because they help the environment out. Because every time you use a microwave use use a lot more energy than a solar powered one. Technology is evolving after all, so why should we not let inventions help not only us but the Earth as well?
ReplyDeleteThere are many inventions that are meant to help this environment like solar panels and turning trash into energy, but personally I think the solar powered kitchen is a really good invention. Even though this is a small invention, It can build up into something big to help the air that we breathe and pollution. It's also good to know people still care about how we live, as Brianna said and also we should be more concerned about how we live for our own health. I would buy the solar powered kitchen, because it wouldn't use as much electricity as a stove or a microwave because it is powered by the sun, as it says in its name. There are many things we can do to help how we live and to help us live here on this earth longer like pick up trash when we see it or not using electricity when we don't need it, simple things like that to help us live better. I think this invention is one of the many good ideas to help the environment.
